1. When are commissions paid?
For every sale you make, there is a 30-day waiting period, before the commission is confirmed. This is due to our satisfaction guarantee policy, with refund during the first 30 days for customers.
If the customer has not been refunded within the first 30 days, then your commission is confirmed, and you will be paid on the first day of the following month.
2. Why haven’t I been approved as an affiliate?
We carefully review each affiliate application to ensure the integrity of that application. Here are some of the reasons we can’t approve your account:
- You haven’t included a website in your profile. If you don’t already have their website, enter www.inboundmanagerpro.com You can change it later.
- Your website has been infected with malware
- The email address you used to sign up has been blacklisted by various spam lists
If you receive an email to tell you that your application has been rejected, simply reply to the email and we’ll be happy to help you understand why it was rejected and work to get your approval.
3. How long does it take to get my affiliate application reviewed?
Under normal circumstances, your application will be reviewed within hours, however within a few hours, but in some circumstances it can take up to 5 working days.
4. What sales will I be rewarded?
As an affiliate, you’ll be rewarded for any sales you generate now or in the future. As these are subscriptions, as long as the customer, who will be a new member, keeps their subscription active, as a sponsor affiliate you will receive commission in each period equal to that of the subscribed license.
That is, in the case of monthly subscriptions, each month you will receive the commission detailed in the compensation plan, and if it is annual you will receive it annually.
An important clarification:
You will be assigned any sales that a visitor makes and that they have entered through your affiliate link, regardless of what pages they have visited once they have landed, or what type of license they have subscribed to. If a referral visits the www.inboundmanagerpro.com page from your affiliate link, but does not make the purchase at that time, their browser will have received a cookie that identifies you as their potential sponsor. During the period of 180 days this cookie will be active, and if the visitor ends up buying, that sale will be assigned to you.
Please note that if the visitor clears their cookie browser, the system will not recognize that they are your potential referral and the sale will not be assigned to you, if they have not revisited the page with your affiliate link.
5. Why am I not receiving the commission?
If a customer used your link to purchase the license but you haven’t received the commission yet, one of two things may have happened:
- A customer used a link on your site that wasn’t tagged with your affiliate ID. (It’s easy to overlook a link within a blog article or a previous page that you haven’t updated in a while. Make sure that all the links you share are affiliate links.)
- Or your affiliate ID was not credited because another affiliate’s tracking cookie was active in the customer’s browser.
Our affiliate software tracks affiliate links, but the last link used prevails, being this affiliate to whom the sale will have been assigned. The last affiliate link clicked is the one that will get the referral. Since our cookies have a duration of 180 days, it is possible for your customer to change another affiliate’s tracking cookie in this period before making the purchase.
If you would like to make a personal referral immediately, please instruct your customers to clear their cookies before purchasing! Then they use your affiliate link to visit our website and make the subscription.
6. How are payments made?
Payments are made via PayPal to the PayPal email address you provided to sign up. If you don’t have a PayPal account, get one from their website for free.
7. Who should I contact if I have not received a response to my quote request form?
In the unlikely event that we do not respond to your request for a quote within 72 business hours of request, please send an email to the email address below and we will endeavor to respond within 24 hours: affiliate@inboundmanagerpro.com
8. Can I buy through my own affiliate link?
Yes, but you won’t be assigned commission for your own purchases.
9. Where can I see my pending commissions?
Pending commissions are recorded instantly and can be viewed by visiting your affiliate area and then clicking on “Statistics” and “Referrals”. Familiarize yourself with your affiliate dashboard, where you will find all the information to manage your affiliate program.
10. How many generational levels does the compensation plan pay?
The compensation plan rewards Inbound Manager Pro’s referral and sales work, and the effort to help third parties in its development and for building a team of subscribers in your network. This means that you can directly sponsor as many people as you want, without limit, and that you will be paid commissions from indirect sales made by your affiliates up to six generations below your direct affiliates (7 generations from your position).

11. How long is my data stored after canceling the subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, it becomes inactive for 30 days. If you haven’t reactivated your license during this time period, your installation is deleted. However, your data, which is yours, remains stored for these 30 days. You can claim them before this period expires, and we will send them to the address you indicate, with a link to download them.
12. Can I subscribe to a free license for more than 30 days?
No. The free license is only usable once for each subscriber.
13. When a free license expires, and I contract a paid license, is my data retained?
Any data you have generated during the free license period will be retained for you when you start your paid license. Please note that if your free license expires, and you do not purchase your paid license within 30 days, your installation will be deleted after 30 days.
14. To upgrade or lower the license type, do I have to wait until the end of the billing cycle?
You can do it at any time. The system will calculate the days of the period you are in and will calculate the proportional part that must be invoiced for the license that you change in that period. The following periods the amount will be the one that corresponds to the new license. You can perform this operation as many times as you want.
15. How many extra users can I add?
As many as you need. The paid license, in any of its modalities, incorporates permissions so that you can add a total of 5 users, including you. The users you add will have the same permissions as you. If you need more collaborators you can buy licenses for extra users.
16. How long does it take for my installation to be active from the time I make the purchase?
From the moment you make the purchase, if your payment has been processed correctly, your installation will be ready between two and three minutes. You should receive a series of emails from your purchase process, with the following sequence:
- First email: Welcome email to Inboundmanagerpro, with your username with which you have registered on our portal. With this username and the password you entered when making the purchase, you can access your member area in https://inboundmanagerpro.com/member-area
- Second email: Your order confirmation, with your subscription details.
- Third email: Your invoice for the order you have placed
- Fourth email: After a few minutes you will receive the confirmation email that your installation is finished and ready, with the credentials so that you can access. Store it in a safe place.
17. If I do not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
Although we do everything necessary to get our emails to your inbox, if you do not receive the emails, please check your spam folder. We recommend that you follow the steps outlined in this link to help you receive the emails you are interested in to your inbox. If you still do not receive the emails, please contact us through the support ticket area of your member area.
18. Is it possible to use my current website in Inbound Manager Pro?
Yes, of course. You will only need to complete the integration process in three simple steps. First tell your Inbound Manager Pro installation where you have access to your WordPress admin panel. Second, download an integration plugin in your current WordPress, and an extension in the Chrome browser. And thirdly, you will need to give connection permissions between your WordPress and your Inbound Manager Pro installation. It is a simple process, which you can see in detail at this link. 19. Does any type of existing website connect with Inbound Manager Pro?
Existing websites that you want to connect with Inbound Manager Pro must be built on WordPress.
