About Inbound Manager Pro

The Idea

We created the idea for Inbound Manager Pro when the lack of results in our digital transformation opened our eyes.

We couldn’t understand why our website visitors didn’t engage with us and become customers. Our proposal was phenomenal, risk-free, affordable, even necessary for them. For a long time we were struggling to make sense of Google Analytics data, metrics, analytics of all kinds. But we did not find the answer.

We realized that we needed more than just knowing who was visiting our site. Our goal was to find out what each visitor was looking for and then do everything we could to establish a bond and commitment.

And that’s where the madness began. We tested numerous solutions: chats, email tools, many applications, analysis platforms. In the end, we only get frustrated with endless integrations, APIs, lost messages, and with little to no effect on generating more customers.

We shared our frustration, and it turned out that other entrepreneurs and companies had the same problem. They are unwilling and often unable to afford to implement complex and expensive corporate solutions. They want to stay in touch with their customers and provide the best service they are capable of, but within the reality of who they are and their possibilities.

Why not try to solve the problem, but focused not only on us, but on the entire community that was the same? The question was how. This is how the Inbound Manager Pro project was put together. A challenge, but exciting.
